Three levels of race performance
Our fairing kits are available in three advanced composite options. Each one is manufactured for reliable fit, race-day durability and professional finishing.
SIXFIBER
A new-generation material selected for track fairings. Its balance of low weight, strength and flexibility makes it a versatile choice for riders who need dependable race-day performance.
SIXFIBER fairings are manufactured using a wet lay-up vacuum-bagging process. Woven glass-fibre fabric is carefully hand-laminated with epoxy resin inside the mould, then sealed under vacuum while the laminate cures. The uniform vacuum pressure consolidates the layers, reduces trapped air and excess resin, and improves the fibre-to-resin ratio. The result is a lightweight, strong, flexible and consistent fairing built for demanding track use.

Glass Prepreg
Pre-impregnated glass fibre provides controlled resin content and consistent laminate quality. It delivers a refined balance of strength, stability and a clean surface finish.

Carbon Prepreg
