Aleš Senekovič – A Life Driven by Speed
When Aleš Senekovič gets on his motorcycle and rides onto the racetrack, the world around him becomes quiet for a few moments. All that remains is the sound of the engine, complete focus, and the desire to make every new lap better than the last.
Aleš comes from Benedikt, although his life later brought him to Lendava. Motorcycles have been a part of his life for many years. His story is not only about speed and trophies, but also about perseverance, discipline, and the experiences that have shaped him into a mature racer.
An important chapter in his sporting career began in 2021, when he competed in the superbike class under the banner of Speedway Team Lendava. It was a special step for the club as well, as it was the first time the traditionally speedway-focused team had supported a road racing competitor. Aleš quickly rewarded their trust: he won two trophies in less than three weeks and finished the season as the Slovenian superbike runner-up.
On the racetrack, he is known for his experience, precision, and composure. Riding his Yamaha R1, he has shown that success is built not only on courage, but also on countless hours of training, personal sacrifice, and the determination to keep going after every setback or disappointing result.
His journey is the story of a man who refused to leave his passion behind. It is a story of perseverance, pushing personal limits, and a deep respect for motorcycle racing. Trophies remain recorded in the results, but perhaps his greatest victory is that Aleš Senekovič continues to do what makes him feel truly alive.
